I am a physician who works with increasing somatic awareness as a basis for healing in my patients and involves bodymind transformation. No words here can describe the experience adequately... but will be something interesting to chat about, if, and when, we ever meet. I volunteered many months of my time to serve literally thousands of poor people in India, Indonesia, and other destinations as a health care practitioner. I have extensive professional training in various forms of bodywork, massage, and other transformative and stress-relieving modalities, and frequently lead breath-work and meditation workshops for my patients and community.

I'm a natural born athlete - play many sports at a high level of excellence - especially tennis (4.0 rating), golf (3.8 handicap), and pickleball)... and crave being outside in beautiful surroundings hiking, biking, practicing yoga, meditation or reading a great book under a majestic tree.

I would enjoy meeting a bright, quick-witted woman possessing a penetrating and insightful intellect. An athletic / fit woman who is into a healthy, conscious lifestyle without being too rigid or neurotic. Someone who 'comfortable in their own skin', grounded and present, laughs easily, experiences joy readily, healed much of her own baggage, and can enter her 'heart-space' frequently and live the compassionate, sensual feminine with ease.
